Elizabeth Bender

Elizabeth Bender is a knowledgeable and gracious real estate professional known among her clients and colleagues for her informed perspective and comprehensive understanding of today’s ever-changing real estate market. Hailing from a well-known real estate family who has owned property in and around Miami’s downtown corridor since the 1970’s, it was only natural that Elizabeth follow in their footsteps. After working in mental health for several years, she began her career in real estate as an owner and investor with several commercial properties including shopping centers and multifamily housing buildings. After earning her real estate license, she expanded her knowledge of the market to include residential properties. Today, she specializes in the retail and commercial properties in Downtown Miami and Wynwood, multifamily projects in Dade and Broward counties and waterfront apartments and condominiums throughout the state of Florida.
In addition to her command of the market, Elizabeth is known for her exceptional relationship building skills. Patient and kind while also determined and tenacious, she always goes the extra mile for her clients. A native of South Florida, Elizabeth attended Arizona State University and went on to receive her master’s degree at St. Thomas University in Miami. A self-proclaimed environmentalist, she has given back to her community through initiatives to save the oceans. When time allows, the proud PTA mom and former football mom enjoys horseback riding, spending time outside and on South Florida’s beautiful beaches.
